has always been one of my faves. The creamy texture, the delicious caramel-y top that you crack your spoon through. Most satisfying thing evaaah.
My only issue with it is most recipes have you making up to 12 servings at a time. Too much. Even with how much I love it, I never can get myself to eat more than one or two before I’m over it. But I also I hate throwing things away.
Been on a huge cardamom kick for a while now, but the great thing about this recipe is you can do whatever you want to it. It’s a great skeleton recipe (is that a thing? I’m making it a thing nao, kay?) or base for all the things. Try something new!
